Asi & Nello

Asi & Nello is a children’s book written by Francesca Calandri and illustrated by Andrea Aliani. The story follows two donkeys with very different personalities, exploring themes of friendship, imagination, dreams, and the freedom to see the world in your own way.

For this project, I created and developed the main characters and illustrated the complete visual world of the story. The illustrations combine expressive character design, textured digital artwork, playful compositions, and colorful environments to create a warm and imaginative visual language throughout the book.

I also worked on the book cover and the complete interior layout, integrating the illustrations, typography, dialogue, and narrative elements into the final publication.
