2008 — Personal Illustration Series

A personal collection of playful and imaginative illustrations created in 2008, exploring the idea of turning original characters into decorative artwork for children’s spaces.

Each piece began with the creation and development of an original character, exploring personality, expression, shape, color, texture, and visual details. I then built simple imaginative settings around each character, creating illustrations designed to work as individual pieces of art.

The collection explores illustration for children’s rooms, with characters and scenes created with the intention of translating naturally into framed prints, posters, and decorative artwork.

This personal project allowed me to explore character creation, digital illustration, composition, color, texture, and visual storytelling, while developing a playful and distinctive visual language.
